As IT students our main responsibility is to introduce new technologies or modify an existing System. I develop this standalone application to enhance Efficiency, Productivity, and responsiveness and reduce the work load of a Divisional Secretariat Maruthamunai. in this system including all resident data of Maruthamunai . so we can get the data easily by its system, This system is supposed to be connected through network with every branch of the organization. So the multiple branch officers can share the data efficiently, and they can easily handle the people problems. Residents' Profiling System for Divisional Secretariat Maruthamunai application is to help divisional secretariat Kalmunai in a systematic ways. Since there are using manually in the Divisional secretariat Kalmunai. In this system more help them. So I identify all the problem and solution it.
