The cardinal object of this study is to find out the deciding factors relating to the income of the women. For this study data was collected from 100 labour force women respondents who were selected based on random sampling through questionnaire survey. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS software package. Based on the results of the analysis, this study finds that the main factor influencing the income earning of women is the level of education. The correlation between women income and education level is 0.73 and the coefficient between these two variables is 0.67 (p = 0.001).
