dc.description.abstractThis research provides a comprehensive approach to show the business - IT alignment in terms of where they are and what they can do to improve alignment maturity. Identifying an organization’s alignment maturity provides an excellent vehicle for understanding and improving the business-IT relationship. Alignment addresses both how IT is in harmony with the business, and how the business should, or could be in harmony with IT.
