In order to achieve this objective, Orient Lanka Confectionery (Pvt) Ltd- Kandy was selected for a case study and 100 employees from it were selected as the sample. A self developed questionnaire was used to collect primary data to analyze the relevant relationship between selected two independent variables as financial motivation and non financial motivation and the dependent variable was employee performance.
