| dc.description.abstract | This study is about to develop the Members Management System for Velichem- Organization for Mental Health Development The objectives are to identify the problems involved in the current system of the organization and to identify the needs of computerized system. Velichem- Organization for Mental Health Development, which is my client,all the activities are carried out manually. This is seen as an unproductive way of doing every day activities there. To overcome the shortcoming found in the Velichem, I have taken initial steps to automating the existing system, in that process, I have taken the computerized Members Management System and looking forward to automating it. In my proposed system, I am trying to automate all the process from registration of members, diagnose and subscription up to all searching process.
