மஸ்ஜிதுகளின் முன்னேற்றத்தில் ஏறாவூர் பள்ளிவாசல்கள், முஸ்லிம் நிறுவனங்கள் சம்மேளனத்தின் வகிபாகம்: ஏறாவூர் பிரதேசத்தை மையப்படுத்திய ஓரு கள ஆய்வு

Abstract

மஸ்ஜிதுகள் என்பது இறைவனை வணங்குவதற்குரிய புனித இடங்களாக விளங்குவதோடு மாத்திரமல்லாமல் சமூக விவகாரங்களைப் பற்றிக் கரிசனை செலுத்தி, அதற்கான நலத்திட்டங்களை அமுல்படுத்துகின்ற மத்தியதளங்களாகவும் காணப்படுகின்றன. இத்தளங்களை அமைத்து அதனை சிறப்பாக முகாமைத்துவம் செய்வதனூடாக சமூக முன்னேற்றத்தை அடைய முடியும். இவ்வகையில் ஏறாவூர் பள்ளிவாசல்கள், முஸ்லிம் நிறுவனங்கள் சம்மேளனத்தின் பிரிவுகளில் ஒன்றான பள்ளிவாசல் குழுவின் இத்துறைசார் வகிபாகத்தை மதிப்பிடுதல் இவ் ஆய்வின் பிரதான நோக்கமாகும். பண்பு ரீதியில் அமைந்த இவ்வாய்வு சம்மேளன பள்ளிவாசல் குழுப் பிரதிநிதிகள் மற்றும் மஸ்ஜித் நம்பிக்கையாளர் சபை உறுப்பினர்கள் ஆகியோர்களிடம் நேர்காணல் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு, தகவல்கள் பெறப்பட்டதோடு, இது தொடர்பான ஆவணங்களும் இதற்காகப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டன. பள்ளிவாசல் குழுவிடம் மஸ்ஜிதுகளை முன்னேற்றம் செய்வதற்காக தரப்படுத்தப்பட்ட வருடாந்த திட்டம் மற்றும் அவற்றை கட்டம் கட்டமாக முன்னுரிமை அடிப்படையில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்து வதற்குரிய செயற்றிட்டம் இன்மையானது மஸ்ஜிதுகளின் முன்னேற்றத்தில் பின்னடைவை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. பள்ளிவாசல் குழு உறுப்பினர்களின் இத்துறைசார் விடயங்களுடனான பங்காற்றுதல் முழுமையாக இடம்பெறாமையானது சவால்களை மேலும் அதிகரித்துள்ளது. மஸ்ஜித் நிருவாகிகளுக்கு இக்குழு கட்டளைகள் பிறப்பிப்பதை ஆய்வில் அவதானித்த போதிலும் அவற்றைப் பின்தொடர்வதிலும் முகாமைத்துவம் செய்வதிலும் இக்குழு பெற்ற வெற்றிக்கான சான்றுகளை கண்டறிய முடியவில்லை. இத்தகைய நிலைப்பாட்டினால் மஸ்ஜித் நிருவாகிகள் இக்குழுவின் வேண்டுதல்களுக்கு செயல்வடிவம் கொடுக்காமல் இருந்து வருகின்றமையை நேர்காணலின் மூலம் அறிய முடிந்தது. பள்ளிவாசல் குழுவின் பங்களிப்புக்கள் பூரணத்துவம் பெறாமையினால் மஸ்ஜித்களின் பௌதீக அபிவிருத்தி குறைந்துள்ளதோடு, ஆளணிகளின் முன்னேற்றங்களிலும் பாரிய சரிவு ஏற ;பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் மஸ்ஜிதுகளினூடாக சமூகம் அடைய விரும்புகின்ற அரசியல், கல்வி, பொருளாதாரம், நீதி, சமத்துவம், இன நல்லிணக்கம் என்பன உரிய வகையில் செயலுருப்பெறவில்லை. மேலுள்ளவற்றைக் கருத்திற் கொண்டு, பள்ளிவாசல்களை அபிவிருத்தி செய்து பல துறைகளில் முன்னேற்றுவதனூடாக பல்துறைசார்ந்த சேவைகளை சமூகம் பெறுதற்கான வழிகாட்டல்கள் பற்றிய முன்மொழிவுகளைத் தருவதாகவும், எதிர்காலத்தில் இவ்விடயத்தில் ஆய்வை மேற்கொள்வோருக்கு உதவுவதாகவும் இவ்வாய்வு அமைகிறது.

Mosques are not only sacred places of worship but also centers for taking care of social issues and implementing welfare schemes. Social development could be achieved by managing mosques

effectively. Hence, this study aimed at evaluating the role of the Mosques and Mosque Committee of the Federation of Muslim Institutions in this regard. Based on the qualitative methods, the study uses the analysis of the data obtained through the interview of representatives of the Mosque Committee of the Federation and members of the Board of Trustees and the review of the relevant documents. The findings reveal that the lack of a standardized annual plan by the mosque committee for the improvement of masjids and the lack of a project to implement on a priority basis led to a setback in the progress of the mosques. The lack of full participation of the mosque committee members in these sectoral activities has caused an increase in the challenges. Although the study observed that the committee was issuing orders to masjid administrators, but there is no such evidence of the success of the group in following and managing them. This position enabled the Masjid administrators to not imply the committee's demands efficiently. The lack of perfection of the contributions of the mosque committee has reduced the physical development of the masjids and led to a major decline in the progress of the staff. Thus, the politics, education, economy, justice, equality, and communal harmony that society wants to achieve through the Masjids have not been properly established. Thus, the study provides guidelines for the community to receive multidisciplinary services by developing mosques and assists future research in this regard.
