Impacts of advance level formal education system by the domination of private tution class: the research based on Manmunai North area, educational zone-Batticaloa

Abstract

Today there are approximately thousands of government’s schools in our country. We can observe for the Formal Education and its importance discouraged by the government schools. Tuition classes affect school Formal Education system. Furthermore students haven’t given priority to pre-exclusive education in the school. Therefore today onwards Formal Education system has with question mark? Students mainly the Advance level students didn’t give importance for the school teaching and learning activities. As the results cause conflicts between teachers and students, even parents motive the student to go tuition class for their prestige and status. Education objectives day by day gradual improvements of Educational tools and equipments, Effective administration and its advantages depend on teachers.Student’s knowledge progress level consists by teacher’s knowledge progress level. In this aspect very high competition for the University Entrance has been lead students to go private tuition classes. But it will not have been reduced teachers self respect. Currently many teachers expect to earn money from private tuition classes instead their government salary. It will reduce their prestige in the society. Therefore this study focused on to know about the impacts of private tuition classes and find to seek action to resolve those issues.
