Student information system for Al-Falah maha vidyalay

Abstract

The Project is based on the Information handling Requirements of AI- Falah Maha Vldyalaya located in Negombo. Presently, the government is promoting the use of ICT Knowledge in the schools with their requirements to develop the IT Infrastructure. This project helps the above mentioned school to implement a modern system for facilitating some of the administrative tasks of the school and make certain day-to-day activities easier. The computerized system maintains student profile details efficiently. Student Information is also a component of staff information. Similarly, staff details are also stored in the system. Along with the major functions, certain sub-systems that co-exist are, subject, Student class and Student marks, The SIS project has been tested to ensure that the requirements of the client have been fulfilled and all proposed components have been implemented
