Computerized information system for Agrarian service center Nintavur

Abstract

Many organizations are moving from an object - oriented paradigm for managing business process toward a service - oriented approach. It is quite vital to have a sophisticated system in an organization to overcome all efficiency related issues in this modern era of computerization. Conventionally, injecting information in a computerized system and its manipulations seem to be complicated and tough one but in fact, computerized procedure will only (most times) address many of the problems face by many organization nowadays I " deal with an agricultural organization and explain how computerized system will mitigate the issues of information processing. Agrarian Service Centre (ASC), that I have decided to study and develop a system which is my client, carries out all the activities manually, from data entry to maintaining farmers' details. This is seen as an unproductive way of doing every day activities there. The problem faced by the current system that makes me to propose a new computerized information system. This integrated system will be used to manage the data in ASC. This system will help the users to Add, Delete, Update, Retrieve and Modify the data in more effective and better way. Implementation of this project enhances the effectiveness of the current system and meets the user needs. Computerized information system is desktop based information system for dealing with all data manipulations in the Agrarian Service Center, Nintavur. The system is proposed to work with following processes and the main objective is to mould a fabulous computerized system to process these processes in an effective manner.
